Zumba/ Dance Fitness
Zumba at the Natalie Woods School of Theatre & Dance is like no other zumba class.
With a great mix of Zumba and up to date popular music, the classes help you lose weight, learn new dance routines and also tones muscles. (Hand weights optional).
Working on specific body areas like arms, thighs and bums the class is a great high energy all round workout.
Zumba classes are on a Monday evening at 7:30pm – 8:30pm
£5.00 per session. No booking necessary.
