Our adult ballet classes are an inspiring way to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and will help develop better range of movement and tone muscles.
The classes will include an introduction to basic steps, terminology both on and off the barre and are suitable for beginners or those with some previous ballet experience.
Come and join us and meet other passionate adult dancers, it’s a lovely way to learn a new skill or pick up a childhood hobby, make new friends and keep fit all at the same time!
